Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. Our policies are designed to be fair while protecting the experience for all guests.
Residence Bookings
We offer flexible cancellation terms based on how far in advance you notify us:
Full refund — Cancel more than 60 days before check-in and receive a complete refund of your booking.
50% refund — Cancellations within this window will receive half of the booking value refunded.
No refund — Late cancellations are non-refundable. However, your booking value may be applied as credit toward a future stay within 12 months, subject to availability and approval.
Note: High season and holiday bookings may have modified cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Founding Membership
The Founding Membership is a 5-year commitment with the following terms:
- You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days written notice
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining term
- Unused complimentary days are non-transferable upon cancellation
- Members in good standing may transfer membership to an immediate family member
Important: The Founding Member rate is locked in for the full 5-year term. If you cancel and later wish to rejoin, you'll be subject to the current membership pricing.
Gift Cards
Gift cards allow you to give the gift of an Adriatic experience:
- Non-refundable — Gift cards cannot be refunded after purchase
- Fully transferable — Gift cards can be transferred to another recipient at any time
- Valid for 24 months — From the date of purchase
- Extensions available — In special circumstances, we may grant a one-time extension of up to 6 months
Executive & Group Bookings
Executive retreats and group bookings have extended cancellation windows due to additional planning requirements:
Full refund — Complete refund of your booking deposit and any prepaid services.
50% credit — Receive 50% of your booking value as credit toward a future executive retreat within 18 months.
No refund — Due to planning commitments, late cancellations are non-refundable.
Member benefit: Founding Members receive additional rescheduling flexibility for executive bookings.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of cancellation approval
- All refunds are returned to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3-5 business days
Note for Ambassador Referrals
If a booking made with a referral code is cancelled and refunded, the associated ambassador reward will be reversed. For ambassadors who have already redeemed their rewards, we will work together on reconciliation. This ensures fairness for both guests and our ambassador community.
