Traditional Konobas
5-20 min driveFamily-run taverns serving traditional Dalmatian cuisine. Fresh fish, octopus under the bell (peka), homemade pasta, and wine from the family cellar. These aren't restaurants in the modern sense—they're homes where guests are welcomed to eat. Konoba culture is central to Dalmatian life. There's often no menu—the host tells you what's cooking. Payment might be cash only. The wine comes from the family cellar in unmarked bottles. This is authentic Croatia.
