Dingač's "younger sibling"—slightly gentler slopes, equally exceptional wines. More accessible cellars, family-owned operations where three generations might pour for you. Postup wines tend to be more approachable young, while still aging beautifully. The Postup appellation was protected in 1967, following Dingač. Here you'll find wineries like Bartulović (7 generations of winemaking), Bura-Mrgudić (organic pioneers), and Saints Hills (where Napa Valley meets Dalmatia).
