    Crosstide

    Crosstide Annual Recurring Cohort.

The same group reconvening a year on. Trust compounds. Context deepens. The quality of conversation in year two is categorically different from year one — because the groundwork is already laid.

A single weekend can shift perspective. An annual practice can transform how you lead. Crosstide Annual is for groups that have completed a Crosstide 48 and want to make cross-industry peer exchange a recurring part of their professional development.

    Why annual matters

Year one is about discovery — learning each other's contexts, building trust, finding the patterns. Year two starts where year one left off. The introductions are done. The trust is established. The conversation can go immediately to the strategic level because nobody needs to prove themselves first. This compounding effect is the core value of Crosstide Annual.

    What changes in year two

Participants return with a year of context. They've tested ideas from the previous gathering. They've navigated new challenges with the frameworks discussed. They bring not just problems but results — what worked, what didn't, what they'd do differently. The exchange becomes more precise, more honest, and more immediately actionable.

    The relationship value

Professional relationships built across industries have a unique durability. They don't depend on company, role, or market conditions. A cross-industry peer from Crosstide follows your career — through promotions, transitions, and industry changes. These are relationships that compound in value precisely because they exist outside your day-to-day context.

    How it works

After a successful Crosstide 48, Boris invites the group to reconvene annually. Same people, same format, same setting. The cadence is annual — long enough for significant professional evolution, short enough to maintain the connection. Each year builds on the last.

Crosstide Annual is for leaders who:

    • —Have completed a Crosstide 48 gathering
    • —Want to make cross-industry peer exchange a recurring practice
    • —Value long-term professional relationships over one-time networking
    • —Are committed to continuous strategic development
    • —Understand that trust compounds over time

Every gathering is built personally by Boris.

"I built two companies, scaled across borders, then spent years inside EMEA headquarters advising the people who run them. That's why I can build this room: I've sat on both sides of the table."

Boris builds every gathering personally, not through an algorithm, not through a team. He reviews every application, builds the room as a whole, and is present for all four days.

Boris built two companies from scratch, scaling to 35 FTE across four offices before pivoting to enterprise advisory. Through his SO DIGITAL and Otto Ziegler Consulting practice, he worked with Directors, VPs, and SVPs at EMEA headquarters: Nike across 14 markets, Uber across 46, WarnerBrosDiscovery / HBO Max across 17, Amazon Ring across 10, and global HQs like TomTom, Victorinox, and Jacobs Douwe Egberts, spanning brand, marketing, creative, e-commerce, supply chain, operations, and procurement. Parallel to this he attended dozens of cross-industry conferences both across Europe, but also across the globe from Hong Kong to Las Vegas. He saw the downsides of mass gatherings for genuine professional connection. It's this combination, founder experience and cross-industry HQ exposure, that shapes how he builds every gathering: he knows which problems are universal, which people can help solve them, and how to build a room where that exchange actually happens.
